Dahle Stack Cutters - An Overview

What is a nontraditional way of presenting the cake at a wedding reception?
Friends of mine are getting married and I am hosting the reception and baking the cake. They do not want to go the traditional route of standing in front of the cake, holding a cake cutter together and slicing into the cake and feeding each other a bit. Any ideas on how to present the cake to the guests that is nontraditional but not too nerdy e.g, trotting it around the room?
well i don't like when the groom has his hand on the knife to cut the cake and the bride puts her hand on his..both cutting the cake together. Looks lame.
Either the bride or groom cut it..no need for both.
We are having cupcakes. He will cut a cupcake in half and we will feed eat to each other.
Other than that, I don't know how else you could present it. Maybe have someone else in the family cut the first piece? A parent? Parent cuts two small pieces, puts the pieces on a plate, give it to the bride and groom to eat.
