Has anyone bought a roland cutter plotter before?

I'm sure those who bought a roland cutter plotter knows the price of it.
I came acroos a site that sells them online, but my concern is they are just too too cheap. Below is the link, if anyone have bought there before i would like to know. Or is it just a scam??

My best advice is to compare the price/details/product rating and consumer reviews against those of other companies that are charging a higher price. Additionally, if you are curious as to whether or not its as scam, check to see if the business has any record with the Better Business Bureau or Contact them directly to inquire about the item, their return policy, etc. A lot of times places running scams do not have legitimate contact information listed, a PO Box listed, or a phone number that's disconnected.

When in doubt, trust your gut instinct about stuff, it can save you a lot of headache/heartache down the road.
